1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Chisel app (the “App”) handles. Chisel is built to work without collecting your personal data. The App is operated by Piotr Rudnicki.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not receive your workouts, progress, body measurements or settings.
Your workout history, progress, measurements and settings are stored only on your device.
3. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App schedules workout reminders on your device. These reminders are generated locally and are not sent through our servers.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple’s handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Security
Because your data stays on your device, its security depends on your device settings, such as a passcode and device encryption. Keep your device up to date.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we handle data, we will say so in the App or on this page before it applies.
